Server logs

The IP address and the request are logged to operate the site and defend it against attacks, on our legitimate interest in a working and secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Contact form and email

What you send us is processed to answer and, where a contract follows, to prepare and perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing it is voluntary; without it we cannot reply. Deleted twelve months after the last message, unless § 132 BAO requires seven years.

Statistics

Visits are counted on our own server, on our legitimate interest in knowing which content is read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookie is set and the IP address is not stored. Deleted after 24 months.

Recipients

A storage provider in the EU holds our backups. Our tax advisor receives what accounting law requires.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest: mail@bpcloudtech.com. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
