The usual arrangement ends at go-live: the site is built, invoiced and handed over. From that day, keeping it current is your job.

With Steward the site stays with us to run. Looking after it is our job.

Normally one firm builds and another hosts, and when something breaks each is certain it is the other's doing. With Steward both are the same firm.

Changes beside the running site

Work on the site happens beside the running one. It goes live once it has shown that it works; until then your visitors keep the current version.

Monitoring

A check is set up the moment your site goes online. It calls the site around the clock.

Backups

The site is backed up and the backup is stored off site.

Security updates

The software behind the site is kept current as part of running it.
